Specific Skills
Qualifications
- Prior experience or interest in pest control, or lawn care is desirable
- Ability to operate hand tools, pest control equipment, and power tools safely and effectively
- Valid driver’s license (D) with a clean driving record for travel between multiple job sites
- Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, lift pest control equipment, kneeling, possible ladder usage, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly and professionally to clients with good documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to pest control methods and environmental safety standards.
- Company service vehicle provided.

Responsible For
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and potential entry points
- Apply pest control treatments using appropriate hand equipment, pesticide application tools and knowledge to eliminate pests effectively
- Advise clients on preventative measures and habitat modification
- Use driving skills to travel between job sites efficiently while maintaining a clean driving record.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, and client interactions through handheld device.
